♡ super cute light brown/tan ruffle accent mini skirt with cute pearl heart shaped button accents. slight elastic waistband in the back. navy blue soft jersey lining with safety shorts. childrens size, very hard for me to get over my hips but fits comfortably on my natural waist. very very short though and doesn't offer much coverage even with the safety shorts, definitely recommend for 160cm or under height!
