♡ fit and flare cream and black polka dot dress with a milkmaid neckline and ruffle shoulder straps that can be moved off-shoulder (although it is a bit too large in the bust for me to be able to wear it that way). side zip opening. has a hi-low hemline, i enjoy folding the top down and wearing it as an asymmetrical hem skirt. pair it over a black blouse for a nana inspired french girly vibe!
